David Hasenzahl, with over 25 years in the construction industry and a key founder of HASEN Design Build & Development, has played a pivotal role in setting organizational standards and project control procedures. A recognized leader, evidenced by his inclusion in Engineering News Records’ Top 20 under 40, David combines his business and psychology background with his construction engineering expertise to guide Hasen Global's growth.

Blake Freeman, a key partner at Hasen Global, oversees construction strategy and operations, bringing extensive experience from both international construction and real estate development. His track record includes executing projects up to $100 million globally for clients like the U.S. Department of State, and his educational background in Construction Science and Land Economics from Texas A&M University complements his LEED accreditation and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers QCM certification.

Walter Hasenzahl directs Hasen Global’s program management in Frederick, MD, leveraging his extensive experience in overseeing preconstruction operations from his time at Clark Construction and Michael Baker International. With a successful track record in managing projects cumulatively valued at over $700 million, including significant overseas constructions, Walter combines his finance expertise from Auburn University with his commitment to excellence in every venture.
